yeah what Nanci said. I was taking in salt like a mad dog, but it wasn't enough. And my thermolytes were sticking to my cliff blocks. SO trying to deal w/ that in a crosswind... yeah it was fun.

OK, how many people in the world, really, would understand what "my thermolytes were sticking to my cliff blocks" meant?! I immediately pictured it, and thought, "how aggravating". 5 years ago, heck, 2 years ago, I wouldn't have had a clue what that meant!

I was thinking, maybe she should embed the appropriate number of Endurolytes (or way less Succeed caps) into her Clif Bloks and kill two birds with one stone!

I noticed when I unloaded my bike after the last brevet that my Bento Box was filled with busted open electrolyte caps that I must have been too tired to get into the Trashy Cat electrolyte purse and never noticed. So I turned the whole bike upside down and shook it to get rid of them. BF had a guy coming over from the sheriff's office to wash the squad in our yard or something, I was worried it would look like I was pouring some kind of drugs out in the yard...
