    L: salad with chicken, tomatoes, cheddar, an apple
    S: nuts and cranberries
    D: 2 whole wheat bean burritos with home made guacamole
    S: half a cup of Greek non fat yogurt, blueberries
    Tuesday:
    B: 2 eggs, over easy, 2 chicken apple sausages, blueberries, coffee
    L: left over bean filling from the burritos last night, tomatoes and lettuce, an apple
    S: Lara bar
    D: sliced grilled chicken on arugula with tonnato sauce (tuna, mayo, lemon juice, anchovy paste, capers blended)
    half a cup of plain Greek ogurt, blueberries, 2 squares dark chocolate

    L: 1/2 brisket sandwich with fried onion ring, coleslaw
    D: spagetti with tomato meat sauce and zucchini, 1 piece wg garlic bread made with olive oil, garlic and parmesan, 1 glass red wine

    B: one cup of plain Greek nonfat yogurt with blueberries, dried cranberries, walnuts
    S: slice of Ezekial raisin bread, before ride
    I rode to an appointment (5 miles), then to the pharmacy, and then back to Concord center, where I did my early AM route at noon. About 17 miles total.
    L: salad with romaine, salmon/mayo, grape tomatoes, 1/4 avocado, chocolate vinegar, an apple
    S: walnuts, slice of ham
    D: 7 scallops in veggie broth/spinach/white beans, glass of white wine, 2 squares dark chocolate

    went to a very hard boot camp class this morning.. only had a few walnuts before. I think I would have thrown up with more
    B:4 slices low salt ham on sliced tomatoes, with melted cheddar, an orannge, coffee
    S: almonds and dried cranberries
    L: salad with lettuce, tuna/plive oil, goat cheese, grape tomatoes, 1/4 avocado, white basalmic vinegar, an apple
    S: 2 slices chicken breast
    D: glass of white wine, turkey burger made with panko and pesto, in a 6 inch whole wheat pita, broccoli slaw, 2 squares dark chocolate

    B:can of tuna in oil on sliced tomatoes and melted cheddar, side of strawberries and blueberries, coffee
    L: home made chicken salad, walnuts, dried cranberries with plain non fat Greek yogurt, an apple
    S: 2 pieces Machengo cheese, 2 ww pita crackers
    D: salad with grilled swordfish, grilled summer squash, whole wheat penne, shaved parmesan, olive oil/lemon juice, glass of rose
    S: 1/2 cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt with blueberries

    15 mile very sweaty bike ride
    L: left over turkey burger in a 6 inch whole wheat pita with mustard, an apple
    S: nuts, and later a Lara Bar (I don'tget home until 7:30 on Tuesdays)
    D: 2 very thin pork chops with jerk seasoning in a brown sugar/rum/butter sauce (a teeny amount),sliced mango, salad with mixed greens, grape tomatoes, avocado, oil and vinegar
    2 squares dark chcolate

    Where is everyone else?
    I rested today.
    B: 4 slices chicken breast on sliced tomatoes, with cheddar, 1 cup of plain no fat Greek yogurt with blueberries, dried cranberries, walnuts, coffee
    ate half a lara bar before I went to get my semi annual Prolia shot
    L: salad with arugula, watermelon, and feta, oil and vinegar. I ate about 3/4 of it
    S: slice of spelt whole wheat with hummus
    D: went out with a friend, had a veggie burger, with Mexican type toppings, guacamole, tomatoes, onions, salsa, side of grilled fresh veggies
    S: more plain no fat Greek yogurt
