Bad Catrin today!
B: eggs scrambled with brocolli, and a bit of Coho smoked salmon. Sounds odd, was actually yummy. I just CAN'T have a non-eggy breakfast, my body expects it
1 hour group training session followed with a protein shake
S: small apple
L: a bit of roast pork, a small amount of pineapple+strawberries. (not near enough food, and needed veggies)
D: lettuce wrapped Coho smoked salmon. Paleo chocolate-mint "ice cream" for dessert, followed with a tablespoon of the real thing.
Not enough calories today, though the small amount of coconut milk "ice cream" may have gotten me closer, and certainly needed more veggies...kitchen is getting bare and no time to do real shopping just yet.
