B: Frittata, 1 slice fresh side, coffee
45 minute workout (lighter than usual)
S: small banana
L: raw veggies, brisket with a homemade sauce to dip the meat
D: more brisket, sauteed cabbage with thin pear slices and onion. Coconut "milk" (beverage) smoothie for dessert with fresh strawberries and blue berries. I rarely get the boxed coconut drink beverage but it is nice from time to time - I prefer the real thing![]()
