B: eggs scrambled with veggies, fresh side, coffee
90 minute group training session, followed by protein shake
L: roast pastured pork (YUMMMY), sauteed spinach/onions/mushrooms
a couple of hours strolling around Conners Prairie, a early 1800's historic reenactment park
D: roast chicken, sweet potato, salad

Monday
B: Frittata, coffee
1 hour group training, protein shake
L: more roast chicken, 1/2 sweet potato
D: roast pork, parsley sauteed with onion and mushrooms, steamed carrots, 3 squares dark chocolate

Tuesday
B: Frittata, fresh side, coffee
L: small roast chicken thigh, small piece frittata, 1/2 sweet potato
HOPING to ride after work, we shall see what the weather does
D: Likely more roast pork and whatever veggies are in the fridge
