    Day b4 yesterday
    B: toast, butter, coffee, 1 banana
    L: 1/2 bun with sloppy joe hamburger tomato/bell pepper/onion mixture
    D: homemade chicken tacos, some organic pinto beans and onions

    yesterday
    B: cereal (special K) with milk, coffee, 1 banana
    L: 2 baked chicken legs, 2 small nectarines
    Snack: 1 piece pecan caramel chocolate
    Had a beer when I got home
    D: went out to mex restaurant 1 enchilada, whole beans, rice, 1 margarita

    Today:
    B: 1 piece toast with butter, coffee, banana
    L: ??
    1 piece chocolate pecan caramel
    D: it will be salmon, rice, salad, 1 glass wine

    Boot camp, ate some walnuts and dried apricots before
    B: 2 eggs, kale, refried black beans, blueberries, coffee
    L: salad with lettuce, chicken, cous cous, artichoke hearts, more blueberries
    S: handful of walnuts and almonds, 12 oz. skim milk mocha latte
    D: veggie burger on spelt roll, mustard, low fat provolone, cole slaw, cup of tomato-roasted red pepper soup, 2 squares dark chocolate

    B: Frittata, coffee
    1 hour mobility/skills solo work
    S: banana
    L: grass-fed burger/lettuce wrap with avocado
    S: banana, a few brazil nuts
    1 hour bike ride
    D: half of a LARGE pork chop, satueed spinach. 1 beer & a couple squares dark chocolate

    B: can of tuna in olive oil, tomato, small bowl of brown rice cereal and almond milk, dried cranberries, coffee
    1/2 hour power yoga at home
    L: green lentil, feta, zucchini salad, an orange
    S: slice of Machengo cheese
    D: went out... had a cup of minestrone and the grilled eggplant with arugula, tomatoes, mozzarella, with basalmic vinegar, 1.5 glasses of red wine

    The rest of the weekend is going to be full of eating and more eating.

    Saturday:
    B: 2 waffles, with blueberries, walnuts, 2 slices uncured bacon, coffee
    L/snacks: I led a 29 mile ride that started at 11:30. Before the ride, I had a slice of Ezekial raisin bread with soy nut butter. During the ride I had a Lara Bar and one bottle of water.
    When I got home, around 2:30-3, I had a 6 inch whole wheat pita, 3 slices of chicken breast, and pumpkin seed/veggie spread
    D: (sort of) went to a party and had 2 glasses of red wine, one boneless chicken tender on a skewer, 2 bacon wrapped scallops, 2 little cheesy things, and 3 meatballs
    Sunday:
    B: endive stuffed with light cream cheese and lox, an orange, coffee
    15 mile ride
    S: spelt bread and almond butter
    Brunch at around 2 PM. Ihad "North African" eggs, which was 2 poached eggs in a tomato sauce with veggies, polenta, and one piece of pita. more coffee
    D: half a chicken breast with rosemary, wheatberry salad and a green veggie salad, watermelon. oh yeah, a rum swizzle
    Today:
    Lara Bar before boot camp (I felt much better)
    B: 2 egg omelette, lox, a peach, coffee
    L: salad with chicken, artichoke hearts, cous cous, lettuce from my neighbor's garden, an orange
    S: nuts and cranberries
    D: sauteed tofu in a rice vinegar/chinese type sauce with soba noodles, glass of red wine

    Multi-day post

    Sunday:
    B: eggs scrambled with veggies, fresh side, coffee
    90 minute group training session, followed by protein shake
    L: roast pastured pork (YUMMMY), sauteed spinach/onions/mushrooms
    a couple of hours strolling around Conners Prairie, a early 1800's historic reenactment park
    D: roast chicken, sweet potato, salad

    Monday
    B: Frittata, coffee
    1 hour group training, protein shake
    L: more roast chicken, 1/2 sweet potato
    D: roast pork, parsley sauteed with onion and mushrooms, steamed carrots, 3 squares dark chocolate

    Tuesday
    B: Frittata, fresh side, coffee
    L: small roast chicken thigh, small piece frittata, 1/2 sweet potato
    HOPING to ride after work, we shall see what the weather does
    D: Likely more roast pork and whatever veggies are in the fridge

    B: chicken slices (3) on a corn tortilla with salsa, cheddar and avocado. a peach, coffee, glass of almond milk
    L: left over sauteed tofu and soba noodles, an orange, some nuts and cranberries
    S: Lara Bar at 5 PM
    D: grilled chicken on spelt bread with plum and basil/mayo sandwich, cole slaw, cup of tomato soup, glass of red wine
