last year's recommendations included No ad, and the no ad sports is a good gloopy SS. WHat normal people might use for SS won't suit people who are outside for long periods sweating and working hard, and I am still surprised that sprays even made it back to the consumer market this year. I still always start off with neutrogena dry on my face and then use the sports SS. No SS is rated from more than 80 sweaty mins so what people really fail to do is reapply. Carry a small tube and use lavishly.
