I get my bloods done before I go in the the appt (preventative). I have an ANP but my DH sees the dr at this practise. Seems to work OK. I only go to preventative visits though and don't have any conditions. I just don't see the point of being there without the blood results though. I will ask for them to request anything that is not standard but there is nothing out of reasonable testing though. I see my results before the doc does so if there are any issues I can discuss those.
