I'm surprised how fast I'm recovering. I just keep thinking how much worse it could have been. I just read a Facebook post by an experienced cyclist here who spent 4 days in the hospital with a shattered clavicle, broken ribs and bruised heart and lungs. Yikes.

I've been hospitalized, operated on a couple times, a lot PT, and have some permanent body damage from my crashes. It's amazing how it only take a minute, or less, to have your whole world change. Glad you were not more seriously hurt. Speedy recovery wishes.
