My weight has been dropping like crazy since I dropped the Paleo and went back to my Mediterranean type diet. In fact, yesterday morning it was a little too low, so I had 2 "sandwiches."
B:low salt ham (3 slices) and cheddar on a whole wheat bagel, blueberries, coffee
3 mile run, that was mostly running, with a little walking
L: I went to the natural foods market and bought kale soup and curried tofu salad and ate all of it.
S: walnuts
D: chicken sandwich on spelt bread, with tomatoes, avocado, mustard, cole slaw, an orange, glass of red wine
