Crankin - that Italian dish sounds amazing and I generally don't like eggplant! Sarah Fragoso is coming out with an Italian inspired paleo cookbook and I can't wait to try it for recipes like that one.

Catrin - Chinese broccoli is a new discovery for us (our CSA grows it) and it's awesome! It's kind of like regular broccoli but the heads are much, much smaller, the stems are more tender and you eat all the leaves. It's almost like a combo of kale and broccoli in one veggie.

L: homemade chicken salad over greens and red pepper strips, 1/2 apple
S: banana
D: baked chicken thighs, greens salad, stirfry of bok choy, carrots, scallions and purple sprouting broccoli

And lets be realistic - I'm certain I'll have some dark chocolate after dinner.
