I'm trying to reign in my eating again, so I'm posting here once more....
B: sausage, kale, chinese broccoli and onion fritatta topped with 1/2 avocado, black coffee
L: banana, big salad (lettuce, spinach, two types of sweet peppers) topped with other 1/2 of avocado and left-over gyro meat from a local place
S: apple, 2 squares of dk chocolate (soy free)
D: salmon, big greens salad, sauteed chinese broccoli
hoping to get in a quick run after work but it's bowling night, so I might not have time
