    B: 2 eggs scrambled with kale, low salt ham, and a corn tortilla. bowl of strawberries and blueberries, coffee
    L: salad with chicken, white beans, tomato, lettuce. an orange
    S: Luna Bar and a few walnuts earlier
    Went on a 2 mile walk with a client, followed by a 5.7 mile ride with another client. It's a rest day.
    D: glass of red wine, left over veggie burger patty, sweet potato, salad with cranberries, almonds, goat cheese

    Yesterday:

    B: eggs with spinach, 1/4 sweet potato, coffee
    1 mile run + mobility and flexibility work
    L: roast chicken lettuce wrap, banana
    D: sweet potato pancake 'sandwich' with grass-fed beef, oak leaf salad with hazelnut oil for dressing

    Today
    B: omelet and 2 small sweet potato pancakes (love those things, and so easy to make!), coffee
    1 hour hard group training session followed by protein shake
    L: sweet potato pancake 'sandwich' with grass-fed beef (last of both), and spinach/strawberry salad
    S: small banana
    D: Last of the chicken sausage in a lettuce wrap, roasted sweet potato, fresh strawberries/blueberries with 2 chopped squares of 88% dark chocolate (lovely!)

    Thinking about trying roasted eggplant slices as my next "sandwich" material
