Yesterday:
B: eggs scrambled with spinach, 2 small slices fresh side, coffee
1 hour group training followed by a protein shake
S: strawberries and fresh pineapple
L: last of the beef brisket and roasted carrots from the night before
D: roasted chicken and a large salad with veggies, blue cheese, and a bit of hazelnut oil for dressing.
