Ugh. I have fired actually *two* doctors, one of whom I really liked, because their staff made it impossible. Not having me in the book when I showed up for my appointment, calling me for "missed" appointments that I didn't and wouldn't have scheduled, billing weirdness that I'm pretty sure was some kind of insurance fraud... Hope you can get things worked out with your vet!

    Dear grass waterers,
Surely you noticed that we had nearly 2 inches of rain over the past two days? So why were your sprinklers going this morning, watering grass of all things? I'm sure they are programmed but come on, take some responsiblity here. And why water grass anyway? Sure, it'll go brown if we get a prolonged dry spell in the summer, but it'll green right back up as soon as the rain returns. It's a yard, not a golf course, for pete's sake!
