I would certainly call TE customer service and ask, in either case.

Over a garment. Lightweight, packable, the standard sort of thing one would want on a brevet when only wearing it after dark.

I've seen that page -- I want something reflective, not just hi-vis. I've looked at everything TE sells -- there wasn't anything in that niche that went up big enough. I'm figuring I'll need to find something in mens' that stretches, but I was still hoping.

What about buying the men's version of the Gore vest and having it tailored? Pricey, I know....but it might get you the exact fit you need.

Outdoor fabric shops (like this one http://www.seattlefabrics.com/ribbon_and_tapes.html ) sell a great variety of reflective tapes and pipings that you could add on to any vest you have or can find that fits nicely. 3M (I think) also does some pretty awesome sticky reflectors that are very durable and very flexible.... I got a sample somewhere that I stuck on my cordura messenger bag, fully expecting that it would fall off - nothing really sticks to cordura right, nope it's been for years now and that thing is welded on there.

I think the stuff on my messenger bag is something like this http://www.landfallnavigation.com/ss...n=pricegrabber

Thanks. Looks like I hadn't missed any manufacturers out there -- darn. Was hoping I'd just overlooked someone. I'll look at my DIY options. The best might actually be something along the lines of sash/vest garters, to attach the bottom of the sash to my shorts -- or snap onto a jersey. Or I might end up making the whole kit try to ride up instead of just the reflective gear. RUSA doesn't allow it to be part of your jersey -- it has to be a vest or sash, or I'd just sew/tape onto one that fits already.
