Thanks for all your supportive words. It was fun (now that it's over, of course)! I'm thinking I need to train a little more before I can do that kind of distance again. But it's a great feeling to know I did it!

My Fuji is a 2004 Fuji Newest WSD. It was way cheap too, only $500. Of course, I've sunk more than that in upgrades: 105 shifters, brakes, FD, RD, Specialized Avatar saddle, Cateye Astrale 8 computer, Shimano M540 pedals, Mavic Open Pro wheels with Ultegra hubs,the list goes on and on! Next move: swapping for an Ultegra BB and 105 crank.

That's really pretty! I bet you still come out pretty good total price-wise when you figure in the quality of the frame. May cyclocross bike came with Dura Ace RD and everything else 105. It was only $900!Crediamo in te, bici!
