    Another marathon eating day. Thankfully, the next 2 weeks have no big occasions and DH will be away for one of them!
    B: I asked for bagels and lox for Mother's Day, and I got them. Had a whole wheat bagel with light cream cheese and lox. This is a treat for me now, which is a big change. Jewish comfort food. Had 2 cups of coffee and an orange.
    L: had breakfast again, for lunch. 2 egg omelette with low fat cheddar, salsa, avocado, 1.5 turkey breakfast sausage, a corn tortilla, and blueberries
    3 mile hilly walk
    D: went out with DS and DIL. Had a cup of pumpkin soup and 2 fresh tuna soft tacos, one 12 oz. beer. Walked to a frozen yogurt place and I made myself a very small dish of the natural tangy flavor, with blueberries, chocolate chips, and walnuts.

    B: 2 pieces wg toast with butter, coffee
    L: 1/2 pork chop with beans and small piece of cornbread
    S: handful of almonds
    D: potroast with carrots and potatoes, salad, glass of white wine
    small Dish of ice cream with strawberries

    Boot camp, some dried apricots and walnuts before
    B:3 slices chicken on a yellow pepper, roasted with low fat cheddar, an orange, coffee
    L: salad with tuna, chick peas, grape tomatoes, champagne vinegar, pineapple slices
    S: nuts, chocolate, cranberries
    D: chicken-whole wheat orzo soup, with white beans, plum tomatoes, oregano, corn tortilla with melted cheddar, 2 squares of the 80% dark chocolate my son gave me

    D: 1 chicken thigh, mashed potatoes, corn, 1 margarita (very light on the booze)

    B: 2 slices low salt ham with low fat cheddar in a corn tortilla, sauteed in olive oil, an orange, coffee
    S: coffee
    L: salad with arugula, chicken with plain Greek yogurt, almonds, apple chopped up, pineapple slices
    S: Lara Bar
    2 mile walk with client
    D: 2 very thin pork chops sauteed with curry powder, sauce with low fat coconut milk, mango, red chili paste, fish sauce, brown rice, glass of red wine, 2 squares dark chocolate

    B: half a whole wheat bagel, light cream cheese, lox, 2 eggs over easy, an orange, coffee
    11 mile hilly ride (my time trial...)
    L: I had a Lara Bar before a meeting at 12:30 and half a veggie wrap on whole wheat at 2:30
    D: grilled Ahi tuna with grape tomatoes, basalmic vinegar, onions, and roasted broccoli, glass of red wine
