I rode too on Monday. First time since I don't know when. Turned the speedometer off and went for 23 miles by myself and it felt GREAT.

The best part was being in shorts and no sleeves - getting to feel the air and sun on my skin
I've a LONG ways to go if I am going to ride 100 miles at the Booty Ride at the end of June though...assuming I can meet my fundraising goals.
