I am usually successful--assuming I spot the dog before he gets out in the street--from chasing by yelling "back" in a loud, stern voice. If I don't catch him, I usually feel compelled to slow down if the dog is friendly, but wants to chase. I'd rather not crash because of a dog.
Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.
