What part of "I only see appointments during business hours" do people not understand?
What part of "I have two locations in town that are open 7 days a week including evenings so you can pick up your stuff whenever you want" do people not understand?
What part of just because I work from home doesn't mean you can come by whenever you want do you not understand?
