They are not the same...however you are right on the cost. Just the frame, fork and stem costs $5,000. Full build as pictured is close to $8,000I emailed them yesterday our of curiosity.
My pure 1-off custom Gunnar was way less than the frame/fork/stem. Still a beautiful bike...though it better be
