    Yayyy GLC, that is good news. I am also paying attention to how you use carbs

    Today:

    B: shrimp omelet, 1 slice fresh side, black coffee
    training session
    Post-workout snack - egg whites and a small banana
    L: moroccan meatballs, cauliflower rice pilaf, pineapple-cucumber 'salsa'
    S: a few nuts and dried cherries
    D: roasted chicken thigh, last of the cauli-rice pilaf, small roasted sweet potato. A couple of strawberries and a bite of fresh pineapple for dessert
