Here's me about to pass over an electrified pavement on a bike path in the Rockies...it's to keep large wildlife off limits...bears, caribou and deer:

One is me and my BF out on a ride. Everything was dead last summer and we found this one little spot of greenery with the pond and lilies in the back ground :-) It was a fun day for us both.

The other is me out in the middle on nowhere waiting on my Mom to come get me. I ran out of play time and we had to get going to do all the 'other' stuff (not cycling). Geez where are her priorities

This is a pic of when I came back from my first ride of the season, last Sunday. All of that snow is just about gone now. Don't know why my helmet looks so pushed back on my head, I think I must have moved it as something was bugging me when I stopped riding.

Here is me 2 weeks ago - the jacket is an extra-large so it always makes me look much larger than I am... It was great to be out in shorts - and was my first ride since just before Christmas.

I still love that crazy bike. I look around sometimes wondering what I would replace it with but then I stop because I still love mine more, LOL. Maybe my big 'change' will be upgrading components and keeping the frame and everything else as is.... and new bar tape :-)

I understand. I still love my Bianchi. My attempt to improve upon it--with custom Ti--was an abject failure. I just never got comfortable on it. So the Bianchi it is. I might get it repainted next winter. The current paint job has seen better days. But I doubt I change the color (it's called bleached celeste). I've always been partial to it, and it's in keeping with Bianchi's traditional celeste.

You made me laugh! I am SO resistant to replace my much too large cycling jackets... Perhaps next year, they really do swallow me up and the hydration pack doesn't help. My winter jacket is even larger

Yesterday we went to a beautiful waterfall. Nice 100 km ride
