    B: eggs scrambled with kale, bacon, coffee
    S: Paleo banana bread
    L: big salad with last of the Italian sausage eggplant strata
    1 hour Crossfit workout (at a different gym than usual)
    Post-work - hemp protein shake
    D: another big as* salad with Italian seasoned browned ground pork
