A couple things:
1) Stretch your legs a little. I find going for a walk, gentle yoga or a short, easy recovery ride helps enormously.
2) Make sure you're properly hydrated and are getting enough electrolytes, especially potassium and magnesium. If you're in the northern hemisphere and somewhere that isn't Florida, Arizona or the like, it may not seem like a big deal because you're not sweating as much, but that may be part of it. There are tons of sports drinks (Gatorade as well as more athlete-oriented like Nuun or Gu Brew, etc) out there.
At least I don't leave slime trails.

Ok thanks. I tried to stretch my legs before, during the middle and after but maybe a walk or something would help. It isnt hot here yet but it definitly will get super hot (90-100's) here in the summer. I will make sure i keep super hydrated. Thanks for the tips!!
I can feel a little jumpy if I'm overtrained. Did you just increase your training load by a large factor? Might be time to take an easy week or two, and yeah, pay attention to what you do for recovery.

For me, electrolytes and hydration are key. I take a magnesium supplement on advice of my doc. It has made a big difference in that weird muscle feeling.
