    Ew, I hate creeps at the gym. Way back in the day there was a guy who always used to watch our aerobics class through the glass door at the Y.

    Can you say something to management? It's not likely you're the only one they're harassing...


    Anyway I had a nice one today - ran to yoga and back, and did the last 1.5 miles at 10K pace. That made me feel as good and as optimistic as any workout I've done since I got hurt. Yay.

    It's time to get myself back into the running game. I want to do a sprint and an Olympic distance tri in late spring, so I think I need to be running more just one three miler a week. My legs were feeling pretty fried from my bike and weight workouts, but I did go out after work. Just three miles, but it's a start. After work runs never feel very good.
