It's time to get myself back into the running game. I want to do a sprint and an Olympic distance tri in late spring, so I think I need to be running more just one three miler a week.My legs were feeling pretty fried from my bike and weight workouts, but I did go out after work. Just three miles, but it's a start. After work runs never feel very good.
