Sarris Candy, located in Pittsburgh, makes the best chocolate. I'm a Pittsburgh native, so admittedly, I'm biased. Their chocolate-covered pretzels are the best and my favorite Christmas treat is their coconut clusters. For Easter, they have some wonderful "meltaway" eggs.
