Very little snow, basically just ice - though it will be gone before the day is over. The problem are the temps. I've cold-air induced asthma so I can't ride outside much under 40 degree. Do you have studded tires? I got a set a few years ago and they work great. I know you said you have a hard time with your asthma in cooler temps so I hope it warms up for you.
