Weird, funny and maybe a little scary??

So, I did a short 11 mile ride this morning, it's sunny and (relatively) warm. I was almost back home when someone driving by yells out the passenger side window at me. I turned to look and it was a UNICORN HEAD sticking out the window... not sure if what he yelled at me was good or bad, couldn't make it out at all. What the hell???

I caught up with them at the next light, I wish I had had the presence of mind and the nerve to get out my camera.

I am guessing no one else has had this experience recently?

you're a lot braver than I am, most times if I hear someone yelling at me I duck and look for a bail out spot because it is usually a preluce to something being thrown at me or a ford 150 deliberately swerving too close. Riding the Texas roads is not for the faint of heart. A unicorn is much nicer.

    Unicorn!

Although if I'd seen it I might have to wonder if it was time for that psych eval.

Well, it would be scarier if the unicorn was sticking from the driver's seat

    Yeah, really!

I've had comments from cars but nothing quite that bizarre. I'll never understand why people think it's entertaining to "heckle" cyclists.

Yes, this!! One of those split second thoughts of "did I just see that...or???"

Also had a close call with an F150 a few weeks ago, you are right Marni the unicorn was much nicer, LOL.
But what is it about the people who drive those things anyway? Guess that's for a different thread.

I was thinking for me, but you're right, possibly appropriate for everyone.

(I did see a treasure map on the wall of the hospital on the hospital once. )
