Maybe this thread will encourage me to eat three square meals and exercise while it's too cold to bike.
B: Cereal, half a glass of protein drink
19.2 mile bike ride (not too cold to bike today!) on the new bike. Definitely more work than the same distance on the roadie, but my knee is much happier.
Post-ride: Clif bar
S: Tea with half-and-half and sugar, four small wafer-type cookies
D: 2-egg (made with half half-and-half and half water, since I'm running out of milk) omelet with caramelized onion, spinach and garlic-and-herb goat cheese.
Probably an apple.
