    Our agent just called -- the buyers have accepted our counter with no changes (I knew we were too nice!), so we have a contract! Woo-hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Congratulations Emily! Don't second guess yourselves - for all you know, they would have walked had you asked more. You have a buyer, you will hopefully have a closing, and you will be able to come back to the US and not worry about owning/renting a condo down there. That's pretty awesome if you ask me. Can't wait to see where you land
