Thanks, indy :-) I think it's just a lot of stuff to think about that's doing it. My brain tends to overload... Once I start ticking off the to-do things on my list it usually calms down. But I will keep thyroid levels in mind if this lasts.
Gotcha. Maybe a bit of nightly meditation or gentle yoga could help you calm down before bedtime.
Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.
