The seals started leaking within a few hundred miles. I had it rebuilt ( total teardown etc) by RS guys at the NORBA races last year, and it started seeping again within 100 miles. I was rather disgusted, supposedly have the best techs for the job rebuild it, and can't even get the last half of the season out of it.

My bike came with the RS Sid XC but I upgraded to the SL. I've never had a single problem with it. I have about 4,000 miles on mine. No "big drop" riding --- just cross country riding and racing. Maybe you got a bad one. But if you had it rebuilt by a RS tech and are still having problems, there's something wrong.

I've never tried a Bomber but I do like that term "Bomberhood"
