Lunch: 1 bowl of homemade ham and split pea soup, 1 piece of wg bread with butter
Dinner: salmon baked in oven with dill, olive oil and chardonnay, salad (red leaf lettuce, cucs, yellow and red bell peppers, avocado) vinaigrette with blue cheese crumbles and sunflower seeds, mixed rice pilaf
1 piece sees dark chocolate with nugget
Today:
B: 1 bowl of 8 grain hot cereal, 1/2 banana, 1% milk, coffee
L: will be 1 bowl of split pea soup and a piece of wg bread
D: Tacos or leftovers (don't know yet)
