Oak, I hope the PF resolves itself soon. But yay with respect to your shoulder! I don't do handstand at all (I baby my hands and wrists where I can when it comes to yoga because they get easily irritated), so I think any handstand practice--at the wall or otherwise--is pretty cool.
Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.
