70 minute hard group workout
S: slice of ham with cheese (at coffee hour after church)
Lunch/Dinner? (4:00 pm) Roast duck with coconut-almond green beans, coconut milk beverage. First time I've made it and it was nice and crispy
S: Will probably have a mid-evening snack of an apple and almond butter.
