S: when I got home, I really tried to manage my hunger, but it was pretty hard. I had 2 small pieces of Machengo cheese, with black bean dip, 2 whole wheat pita rounds. Then about an hour later I had a piece of Ezekial bread
D: we went out, to a place that I could actually have decent food at, but I succumbed to the special. I had a glass of red wine, a green salad with oil and vinegar, a slice of fresh bread, half a duck, sweet potato, broccoli and cauliflower. Shared a slice of mint chocolate ice cream pie with DH...
