Today (rest day):
B: 2 poached eggs in chicken broth with mushrooms and spinach, 1 slice nitrate-free bacon, coffee with cream
S: KIND bar (+ protein version) while out doing errands that took FAR too long.
Very late lunch, or whatever (at 3pm): roasted chicken, salad with oak lettuce, carrots, snow peas, dressing with sesame seed oil and citrus vinegar.
Dinner will likely be quite late and will feature the last of the braised beef shanks and perhaps a spinach/strawberry salad.
