5 days into 2013 and I finally went for a run. Easy 3 miler, but it's a start. I have a string of days off that will allow me to get back in a running routine (hopefully)
I'm 2 weeks away from a 5K (that is usually my goal PR to get under 30 minutes) followed by a 10K. It's at the beach and normally a VERY cold weekend (no matter what the weather is before). Not sure I can sub 30 minute a 5K in my current shape (slow, minimal mileage, extra pounds)--but I'll give it a go!
Expect a run report tomorrow too....maybe this forum can help hold me accountable!
