ate far too much yesterday, I think I was still hungry from Sunday's activities!
B: sausage/veggie frittata
1 hour hard group training session
S: strawberries, veggies, couple slices pepperoni
L: roasted turkey leg, veggies
S: yet more strawberries, veggies, couple slices pepperoni
D: see breakfast, repeat thereof + 2 slices bacon
Today:
B: last of the frittata, coffee and cream
training session (HARD one today!)
S: hemp protein shake
L: roast chicken, brussels sprouts, kale chips
s: banana
D: planning to finish off the last roast turkey leg and a spinach salad with whatver veggies are left in the fridge.
