L: HAD to get away from the desk, so went to an Indian restaurant close to the office for a lunch of a small salad, spinach, butternut squash in a cream sauce and tandorii chicken
D: bone broth with arm roast, kale, mushroom, onion, and a poached egg. 1 cup grass-fed wild-berry yogurt
B 2 pancakes, 1c pure maple syrup, 1/2 banana, 2c OJ
L 1/2c simulated pork, 1c noodles, 1c OJ
S 1c noodles (finally finished off those leftovers, phew!)
D 1/3c chili (chorizo w black and kidney beans), 4 saltines, 1c green tea
Dessert: 1/3c cereal with 1/4c soy milk
B: My favorite breakkie, eggs scrambled with veggies, coffee with cream
L: last of the arm roast, banana muffin cup (egg, banana, almond butter - yummmm)
D: pork roast, bacon-brown butter roasted brussels sprouts, kale chips
I really want ice cream for some odd reason - thankfully there isn't any in my freezer :

B: 2 scrambled eggs with low fat cheddar, 2 slices uncured bacon, 1 slice raisin Ezekial toast with margarine, an orange, coffee
L: 2 slices chicken and 2 slices low salt ham in a whole wheat tortilla wrap, with some avocado, mustard, an apple, cup of roasted corn soup (low salt). I am addicted to the soups at Trader Joe's and another brand I get at the natural foods store
19.5 mile ride, handful of nuts, cranberries, chocolate when I got home
D: went to old neighbors' new house for dinner... champagne, some delicious cheese (Armenian string cheese), about 5 oz strip steak (DH and I shared one), salad, and a little brown rice with kidney beans. Slice of Key Lime pie
