B: ate an apple and had coffee at 6, then met friend for breakfast where I had a veggie omelette and a side of fruit, more coffee

L: 3 slices chicken over a corn tortilla, 1/4 cup black beans, avocado slices, green chili salsa
D: slice of Machengo cheese, one small boneless chicken breast sauteed in fig balsamic vinegar, sweet potato, broccoli with sesame seeds, 2 squares dark chocolate with almonds, glass of red wine

L: HAD to get away from the desk, so went to an Indian restaurant close to the office for a lunch of a small salad, spinach, butternut squash in a cream sauce and tandorii chicken
D: bone broth with arm roast, kale, mushroom, onion, and a poached egg. 1 cup grass-fed wild-berry yogurt
B 2 pancakes, 1c pure maple syrup, 1/2 banana, 2c OJ
L 1/2c simulated pork, 1c noodles, 1c OJ
S 1c noodles (finally finished off those leftovers, phew!)
D 1/3c chili (chorizo w black and kidney beans), 4 saltines, 1c green tea
