    L: arm roast, carrots/celery/mushrooms/onion
    S: small banana
    D: roasted chicken leg, bone broth with kale, onion, mushrooms

    L: small plate of roasted pork, au gratin potatoes and green beans
    D: 1 chicken thigh baked in the oven, brown rice pilaf with rice and onions, peas, 1 glass of white wine

    B: 4 slices low salt ham, 1/4 avocado, an orange, slice of low fat cheese, corn tortilla with olive oil, coffee
    L: salad with chicken, black beans, lettuce, vinegar and oil, an apple
    S: nuts, cranberries, chocolate bits
    D: 2 ww pita crackers, slice of Machengo, glass of red wine. 2 very thin veal scallops, with ww bread crumbs, sautéed in canola oil, with spinach, 1/4 cup whole wheat angel hair, organic marinara, 2 squares dark chocolate with almonds

    Snack: granola bar
    Lunch: pulled chicken sandwich and coleslaw
    Dinner: 1/2 8 oz sirloin steak, 1/4 baked potato, broccoli, cauliflower, 1 glass red wine, pumpkin harvest pie slice
