B: whole wheat bagel, light cream cheese, an orange, coffee
Handful of nuts and cranberries, chocolate before 16 mile ride
L: chicken salad on a whole wheat wrap, an apple
D: went to DS's house for Chanukah dinner. There was so much food, I ate a little of everything. Didn't go overboard, but between Cornish game hens, latkes, kasha, 3 veggies, and wine and dessert, this week will be strict!
