B: cornflakes with skim milk, fresh blackberries, strawberries and raspberries. TEa with skim milk.
Snack: 2 little creme puffs with irish bailey creme filling and large coffee. Gotta to warm up after a 7 km. bike ride. Then rode back home.
Snack: cornflakes with milk and freshly cut pineapple slices. Tea with milk.
D: sauteed fennel bulb with onion, tomatoes and red pepper, basil along with light egg white noodles.

L: 1/2c green tea, 3/4c fresh salad w 1 fresh egg, 1tbsp lite non-dairy ranch
S: 1/4 large carrot
D: 1c chicken, 1/3c noodles, 1/3c beans, 1.5 tbsp butter, assorted spices

B: ate an apple and had coffee at 6, then met friend for breakfast where I had a veggie omelette and a side of fruit, more coffee

L: 3 slices chicken over a corn tortilla, 1/4 cup black beans, avocado slices, green chili salsa
D: slice of Machengo cheese, one small boneless chicken breast sauteed in fig balsamic vinegar, sweet potato, broccoli with sesame seeds, 2 squares dark chocolate with almonds, glass of red wine
