D: 1/2 baked chicken breast, brown rice pilaf, zucchini sprinkled with parmesan cheese, 1 glass of wine
Saturday:
B: cereal, 1% milk,
L: leftover chicken, rice, zucchini
Snack: carrot, apple, kale juice drink
Dinner: beef stew with potatoes, onions, carrots and butternut squash, 2 glasses red wine
