133 this Monday morning - I was away all weekend. And I hiked, ran a 5K and an 11 miler, too. I guess it wasn't enough to counter desserts! Back on it today...
I can do five more miles.
A little late to the group but would still like to participate. I weighed 118 at the beginning of November and weighed in at 116 yesterday. I was down to 114 until the bike rides stopped and Thanksgiving started.Since I'm not even 5ft tall and have a small frame, I really should be between 95-105lbs. Those numbers are from a Anthem insurance chart back from 2009 when I used to work in the individual health insurance area. At the moment I would just be happy to get to 110.
