1 hour group training session
Post-workout: hemp protein shake (in water)
L: roasted chicken thighs, huge salad with lots of veggies, freshly squeezed lemon for dressing
D: scrambled eggs in coconut oil with mushrooms and goat cheese - everything else was frozen and it was far too late to defrost/cook. I didn't pre-cook enough over the weekend...
