Yesterday:
B: left-over braised beef shank and spinach, coffee with cream (need to go shopping)
L: More braised beef shank and spinach
90 minute bike ride
S: pumpkin muffin cup (pureed pumpkin, egg, spices, and baking powder - yummy!)
D: mustard glazed chicken thighs, sauteed spinach, small baked sweet potato
Today:
B: frittata, bacon, coffee with cream
90 minute group workout (MUCH harder than normal - fun though)
L: last of the mustard glazed chicken thighs and a bag a*s spinach salad with a little of every vegetable in my fridge and strawberries - avocado oil for dressing
D: Planning on a more braised beef shanks in bone broth with veggies and an egg. 1 Founders Breakfast Stout and perhaps 2 squares of 85% dark chocolate.
